Exchanges

Never really matters anyway...It's always one exchange or the other taking the price down. Same stuff, different day. Great profitable little company no matter what they do.

very very frustrating this canadian exchange

Think about how awful it's going to be if they decide they want to raise money when they get a fair valuation. Atul should stop talking about that cr*p right now. The last thing this stock needs is more headwinds from a raise. I have no idea why they would want to do that when they are growing quickly and they are profitable. There are hardly any companies like Snipp that are profitable and ...more

Where do you read they are raising money?
Comment by swyint123888 on Jan 04, 2022 2:13pm
They raise (if they do) because most all companies don't use their own cash to grow, they use other peoples cash....to the company it really makes no difference in the amount of shares outstanding (they gonna get paid no matter what), only to us retail folks does it matter
Comment by stockpickerone! on Jan 04, 2022 2:39pm
Again someone please point out where they have even remotely hinted at the raise...i cant find anyting even hinting at them raising money
Comment by sportsman80 on Jan 04, 2022 3:30pm
Atul talked about it on the investor presentations they did.  When asked about future plans or how quickly he expects to see revenue increase he usually talked about a raise to quickly expand sales capabilities or to buy an asset (he seemed most interested in what he called SnippMedia to get at the advertising budgets of the companies they already worked with).  He said he would be on ...more

I see no near term indications of a fund raises. He hasn't alluded to what fair market value is either in his mind. Surely it's not at these levels. He is not stupid. 50 cents and raise not a bad idea. 30 cents has to be a good reason or a strategic type

And raising at .50 cents or any number on the Venture exchange is a horrible idea. Just do that and see how that works out!!! Bide your time and get off this exchange when you can and raise money at a valuation that is multiples higher than anything you will ever see on this garbage exchange. NO...NO...NO...AND NO!
Comment by Maggs on Jan 04, 2022 4:21pm
AND F*CK NO!
Comment by Maggs on Jan 04, 2022 4:34pm
How many examples of destruction does one have to see on this exchange before they feel they can make an informed decision about the company and it's plans and prospects? I won't go through all the recent examples of fund raising disasters and stock price disasters but I will say this... If you want your company to be a penny stock forever, raise money and dilute on the Venture. We are ...more

am very confused by this outrage as i dont see what has suddenly changed...they havent said they are raising at all....
Comment by sportsman80 on Jan 04, 2022 4:52pm
I agree stockpicker, was just saying where I heard him talk about it.  I don’t see them doing anything until at least 60 cents and by the time they get there the stock will still be undervalued if revenue keeps climbing.   Don’t be confused by maggs, the switch changes fast from “fire everyone” to “Atul is a genius” and now heading back to “fire everyone” again. hopefully this weeks ...more

From my perspective...I am keeping my fingers crossed for now that they throw that insane idea out the window while they grow their revenues and profits and concentrate on moving off this exchange at some point in the future first. It would be inconceivable to do something so damaging to yourself and your shareholders.  As a CEO, you can't do stuff like that and expect your long term ...more

Maggs, the acquisition today triggered me to your previous blog.      Financing, is it on the rails with this GAMBIT deal........... have not read in detail yet so could be off base.  My initial thougths ... what will be the initial impact on $$$.   Still halted as at 9:40........with no BID/ASK upside.

PR says "Asset Light" which makes me think there isn't much cost being added to the system...so hopefully they don't raise or have to raise too much!
