But you can also do a valuation on a company as though you were buying it and take the book value and 1 or 2 years of consulting revenue and make that the value - in that case, we're not in unreasonable territory.  Likely, that isn't how it is being evaluated, but just to note there are different ways to rationalize the ratio.

As for Sprot, he is by far the richest among us and can easily afford to wait years for this to establish. Moreover, he uses spot in his own companies, so it is all a win win for him. I'm in other investments that sprot is an investor in and they are way below where he got in. They are sometimes gambles for him too. Not that it isn't relevant where and when he buys in, but not a sure thing.

That being said, I am gambling on it being towards $2 by Chrsitmas. Pretty sure this ocmpany is hungry and will make some bold moves.
