Solid strategy has three profit centers within the business... Finance, Technology, Investments. This enables each subsidiary / division to stand on it's own P&L generation and opportunity optimization while... EarthLabs will house all existing investments and royalties. Provides focus and clarity to the Goldspot business model - that investors will now understand.

DrewJack... welcome to Stockhouse!  For long term investors of which I am one... the transition to EarhLabs is a good strategy and the market seems to agree with the direction SPOT is going in today. +17%.  If you can't see the value in this company... feel free to sell... suggest prior to August earnings release.  ha let us know how you make out. -  GLTU

Thanks for your response - I enjoy the discussion. The name change was a good idea on their part and the market agrees. I see value in SPOT only if the metals & mining industry is in an upward trend. Since they consult in exchange for NSRs and equities in miners, they're essentially tied to the hip of their customers. Rise together, fall together. I don't have an exhaustive list, but
