SPP: What a surprise

SPP: What a surpriseIn management's defense, I thought this company would be out of business and/or delisted a while ago. I sold at .10 a year or two ago. SPP has lost massive value since then and I think the only thing keeping them going is desperation as this family business has no other employment options and indebted investors try to keep this from dying.

My guess, they are looking for a buyer or a debt holder(s) will attempt to extract value from a sale of the minimal assets they have. I haven't taken the time to look at financials but I'm guessing they grossly overstate nonsense assets like "goodwill", am I right?! :-)
