With favourable warrants in play for the big three owners, not sure why they chose to issue new shares and warrants?  Its unfortunate that there is not a market value of integrity for SQI.  Any sincere effort to share the story would be met with many looking to get in.  There of course is no real float to speak of, as the vast majority resides in a few Insider hands.  Any sharing of the story would force the share price to new highs.  The business opportunity is huge.    
The SQI strategy has made for great science, but next to no following.  
SQI = Science, Quality, Innovation...... 

We need to add an "M" for marketing.....

This is really more of an invitation only setting, and has been for some time.   There are very few of us that managed to hop the fence prior to the barb wire being installed.  The views up here are superb....if only others could get a glimpse.       Some may eventually be permitted in, but admission won't be easy.     Consider this financing

Nice analogy... "Reading the Green$" ... my comment would be that insiders are "over-paying" for more paper.  They could easily convert the options/warrants they currently hold and provide the required cash with less dilution.  The silver lining is the fact these fellows continue to want more and more. I like this quite a bit and point to the complete lack of volume

Clarifying... 1 MILLION$ tranplant procedures.  Though NOT clear, the suggestion has been that the team at UHN has used the SQD diagnostic on about 150 of the "1 MILLION $ procedures" Happy for someone to provide a more precise number... Thanks and sorry for any confusion Tommy
