Nov 21 SEDI for three insiders. Please explain why?

On Nov 21 each of the three insiders posted 10 - acquisition or disposition in the public market 12,000 shares each for .098c.   Why are they doing these small SEDI trades ?  Please help me understand.

It´s all about controlling the price. Directing it towards some good entry point for their accumulation. To keep majority of shares while dilution is financing the daily business ... ;-)

I very much doubt the three big owners are contolling the share price. Firstly it's illegal and any such activity doesn't fit their reputations. Secondly, 36,000 shares is tiny and does not constitute a volume threat. Thirdly, each of these biggies owns more than 100 Million shares so accumulation is not a consideration. I think the biggies have moved beyond dilution as a way to finance ...more
