Upper Canyon Minerals Corp. has made the following changes in the board of directors and management:
- Each of Brian Thurston and Jamie Lewin has resigned as directors.
- Mr. Thurston has resigned as chief executive officer, and Mr. Lewin has resigned as chief financial officer.
- Each of Christopher Cooper and Desmond Balakrishnan has been appointed to the board of directors, joining Gordon Ellis on the board.
- Mr. Cooper has been appointed chief executive officer, and Daryn Gordon has been appointed chief financial officer.
