Keeping in mind the mystery anonymous seller or sellers, what could have happened to the share price if ray hadn’t triggered the selling starting at $0.27 on news day and ahead of his proposed financing as alleged in rumours? Could it have got legs enough to carry the share price to where it may have triggered exercising of the $0.35 warrants outstanding? Maybe not but it may have settled above $0.25 somewhere at least with time enough for more data news to further lift the share price to a more appropriate share price level to trigger warrant action or at least a financing at a higher level. To finance at a level lower than the last financing price is idiotic and highly damaging and I believe we are currently a witness to the damage of the rumour alone right now. It’s corruption when there shouldn’t be, where there is no need for it.
I say hang ray, now. If some think that the idea is objectionable then give him a fair trial; then hang him!
