"An Event" For Black Swan Graphene's "Cement Horizon"Hmm? Perhaps Paul Hardy's $70,000.00 purchase of 1,000,000 SWAN.V shares at $0.07 per share was more than prescient?

I had previously spoken to the United Arab Emirates, specifically in regards to a potential support of and investment in both Mason Resources Inc and Black Swan Graphene.

Here comes The Government of Canada with The Government of The United Arab Emirates, along with the UK Government and the governments of Turkiye and Germany and perhaps later the governments of Brazil, amongst many others.
