Alternate Symbol(s):  BSWGF

Black Swan Graphene Inc. is focused on the large-scale production and commercialization of patented high-performance and low-cost graphene products aimed at several industrial sectors, including concrete, polymers, Li-ion batteries, and others, which are expected to require large volumes of graphene. Black Swan Graphene Inc > $44.8 M, "ConcreteneTM", 9,868 tpa Manufacturing Capacity?

$44.8 M, "ConcreteneTM", 9,868 tpa Manufacturing Capacity?

According to the only recently released information found in the company scoping study, SWAN needs $44.8 Million worth of Pre-Production CAPEX with which to be able to pursue and complete the buildout of  the proposed initial 9,868 tonnes graphene manufacturing capacity facility.
T
he graphene enhanced Thomas Swan &Co. Ltd and Nationwide Engineering Group jointly developed "Concretene" admixture product has long been ready to be rolled out globally for specific use, this as evidenced by the already UK Engineering and construction industry increasingly employed use of the co-developed graphene enhanced concrete admixture product, "Concretene".

The preceding being said, I expect whatever Mason Graphite does control of the Lac Gueret graphite bearing lands project is now being leveraged (aggressively more so now following the recent China decision to more tightly regulate the sale and export of graphite and graphitic materials derived products) in order to have that $44.8 Million worth of capital directed perhaps first into Mason Graphite and then into Black Swan Graphene.

Given that the Chinese Government may abruptly halt, prior to December, the export of any amount of natural or synthetic graphite material to all Western member state nations who are clearly too closely aligned in supporting the U.S Government clear intention to have a economy serving 1.41 Billion Chinese peoples collapsed (do see what and all that would entail), there could be a insane rush now by the automotive manufacturing giants representing such Western member nation states (e.g. Ford, Volkswagen's Power Co, Rio Tinto, GM, Honda, Stellantis, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance BHP, etc.) to allign themselves via multitudes of JV partnerships with various Australian, U.S., Japanese and Korean conglomrates in scooping up controlling equity interest of certain companies currently controlling the most advanced and shovel ready graphite bearing lands development projects within Canada, the U.S. or anywhere on the face of the globe for that matter.

Finally, one of the best of all outcomes for Black Swan Graphene would be for Mason Graphite principals and stakeholders to be offered a buyout of the Lac Gueret property from a certain now more motivated purchaser I'd suggest anywhere starting from $3.00 per share minimum for Mason Graphite's Lac Gueret project
At that point, Mason Graphite principal stakeholders could then elect to take part of their proceeds from the sale of Mason Graphite's Lac Gueret asset and seek to inject all that capital investment into Black Swan Graphene; thus catapulting the SWAN.V share price
from a mere $0.095 to stratospheric heights, e.g. $1.50 per share and beyond.

Yeah i saw the Scoping study. but i also read a disclaimer on it, something about it not being as thorough and adhereing to canadian guidelines. So i took it with a massive grain of salt. The stock price has moved from 8 cents however. So i am kind of bummed out i missed the rally. but funding remains my concern, so ultimately im hesistant.

Here's the deal Hundo2022. Black Swan Graphene is modeled on a similar pattern to the one which was employed to fashion the suit NanoXplore is presently wearing. The language included within the disclaimer should not be ignored; and yet it shouldn't be the provided all the attention. You are correct that funding is the primary concern here; and yet, I did address how funding could likely ...more

I honestly wonder where you come up with these wild ideas. Have you ever made an effort to talk to investor relations at SWAN? When did you last hear about a major funding for a junior mining project in Canada? Look at how much NOU struggles to get going and keep afloat. The path forward for SWAN is not via LLG but corporate developments on its own that will move the share price up. It's ...more

Ogopogo26, When you suggest "The path forward for SWAN is not via LLG but corporate developments on its own that will move the share price up. It's about potential offtake agreements and potentially bringing in strategic partners at higher share prices and valuations", you are not suggesting anything which I haven't previously suggested. I am not sure you've actually read ...more

How long have you actually followed the LLG story? LLG has been a penny stock for years, any major mining operator could have scooped up Lac Gueret years ago for close to nothing. Why has nobody done this? I think the answer is obvious, because it's not attractive enough. Talk to representatives of Mason and Black Swan instead of cooking up all those pipedreams in your basement.

NewOpportunist, You stated "LLG has been a penny stock for years, any major mining operator could have scooped up Lac Gueret years ago for close to nothing. Why has nobody done this? I think the answer is obvious, because it's not attractive enough." You should understand that "years ago" are not the current years and/or years going forward; especially as pertains to ...more

Arrogance comes before the fall, never liked people that talk like you do. As every good investor should do, I don't just wear rose coloured glasses like you do, but actually critically question the validity of my investment case, at every step. Why am I here? Exactly because of that and because I am long SWAN, at a size that it matters to my portfolio.

NewOpportunist, You chose to lead with a personal attack, suggesting I am arrogant, instead of trying to attack the crux of what I suggested for you. Such action tells me that you simply could not counter precisely what I stated with respect to your assetion regarding Lac Gueret. I provided proof in support of what I've stated regarding Lac Gueret project; you provide attacks against me in ...more

There is simply not much substance in your macro story. I believe it when I see it. The critical mining revolution is nothing new, the necessity to build up a support structure in North America has been known for years and not much has happened. I am sure you have seen this article which explains to a certain degree what has happened to the sector in Canada. https://www.theglobeandmail.com ...more

We'll simply agree do disagree NewOpportunist. You went on to state "It's about believing in the potential of graphene, the capability of Management executing their outlined strategy, doing better than GRA, which is still struggling to generate positive cash flow after years of heavy investments. I am putting my money behind the SWAN Management, as I see a credible strategy, tangible ...more

And by the way "watch and learn..." Who talks like that? If you want to be taken seriously, you still have some path ahead of you.
Comment by 1student on Nov 25, 2023 4:09am
By the way, you commented about my having stated, amongst many other more important comments, "watch and learn". You asked "who talks like that?" Clearly I do. My friend, at times, I don't take myself seriously; why should you, lol!.

Missed the rally? That's funny, we're at $0.085, share price has barely budged and are in the very early innings of this; certainly looking for the share price to move back to the RTO price of $0.15 and back above $0.2.

Ogopogo26, You said "certainly looking for the share price to move back to the RTO price of $0.15 and back above $0.2" Amen to that expectation. You are correct Ogopogo26, i.e. "we're at $0.085, share price has barely budged and are in the very early innings of this". At this paoint, it could seem I have some egg on my face with this one.
