Here is a stock I have owned for a long time...

SBB:TSX 548,000,000 shares out and credit vehicle in place and $250,000,000 in cash
they have a runway to mine operations in 2024/2025 Its a buy and hold Ive know management for many many years. Its not a flip...but what is a flip and no announcment
is that the President at TIG has resigned and TIG has made no public announcment and a President resigining is material one would think.....what else they hiding?
