This can partly be attributed to the recent weakness in the bullion markets but there's another factor......CEO Kevin Weston

Believe me this guy is the single most incompetent individual that's ever stalked the Cdn mining space, the carnage he's left in his wake during numerous tenures in the biz. will surely get him elected to the Canadian Mining Hall of Infamy some day.
