Hi oldschool5,

I've been looking at TIX and been trying to decide whether to buy. After seeing your posts, I am very hesitant now.
I did a net search of your fellow in question and I found this:

If this fellow has continued to operate inappropriately, I won't support an individual as described as it is morally incorrect. I'll have to do some more digging.

A margin call from '85? Did anyone out there not make any mistakes 25 years ago?LOL This is a drill play, it is what it is, nothing more, nothing less. I'd suggest you base your decision on whether to particapate or not based on the merits of the project and the fact management used MMI targeting, a first for the area and something if successful has the potential to blow things

The TSX and the BCSC do not concern themselves with private companies. Ernie has one exchange blackmark on his record stemming from a 25 year old margin call.Thanks for reposting that link.....The RCMP, at a shareholders request, investigated Ernie for Optima/Explorer and found no evidence of fraud. ttfnnopoo
