Went back and checked cash before the loan repayment . As of April 21 - Cash and cash equivalents decreased by $144,114 to $9,642,190. So yep . $13 million.

It looks like TLA is in the same position as 2013, on the verge of a super tanker build cycle. In 2014 and 2015 TLA produced quarter after quarter of $4 - $5 million in revenues and profits of $0.02 -
