What an odd press release

What an odd press releaseI've never seen anything like the November 30 press release. So Alvin Pyke is leaving the board for personal reasons and it sounds like he's leaving the company but nowhere does it actually say that he will not be continuing as CEO.

I would assume that he's not going to be CEO for long. I don't see how it could be otherwise. But it would have been nice if the press release could have confirmed that.

Perhaps he is continuing for the time being as interim CEO while they look for a replacement? The press release might have said as much.

Anyways, how could someone leave a board for personal reasons but also continue on as CEO? It's sort of like saying, "Hey, I'm too busy to keep going to once-per-month board meetings but I still have spare time to do 80 hour per week as CEO."

Perhaps I'm just slow, reading-between-the-lines-wise.
