RE:More Insider buyingI looked on SEDI and see that those shares were bought "under a purchase/ownership plan" (rather than "in the public market").
I don't know if those purchases would have been automatic--and hence potentially not subject to trading blackout rules. From the timing of past purchases under that "plan" it's hard to tell. There were periods when the purchases happened on a regular (monthly) basis. But the irregular timing of these most recent buys seems to suggest that they were discretionary.
If so, that's getting pretty close to the Q4 release. Bit hard to believe the CFO didn't have inside information on October 28.
But as I suggested a week or two ago, it doesn't matter to me. I'm delighted to see more insider buying. And I'll continue to assume that the company is on top of this and there's no potential for problems with rules or regulators.
