NCIB -Healthy 10%I wondered if they were any restrictions like 25% of average volume as per TSX which in such an illiquid stock would make a 10% buyback unachievable.. Here's the answer.
"For the TSXV, there is no daily restriction as you have outlined below. That appears to be for the TSX. Our key restriction is the price that we are restricted at for purchases. Our purchases can’t exceed the price of the last independent Board Lot of shares traded. The TSXV defines a Board Lot as at least 500 shares so we are restricted from buying at prices higher than the price of the last sales 500 shares or more independently traded."
