When is the big bump up coming?

I am strongly considering selling my position in TLTFF for now and coming back later. The loss I would incur is only half the gain I just got from selling my Tesla stock. How long will the SP be in the $0.20-0.30 range? I feel like it has been this way for years and I'd rather reinvest my position elsewhere in the short term then come back to TLTFF later. Bear in mind my shares were purchased at an average of $0.28...

Most of this is just thinking out loud... so grain of salt and all that... Yeah, that's a tough one. On the one hand you free up cash to re-invest (which, remember, may or may not work out as you hope). On the other hand, you're stuck in a range-bound stock to continue an excrutiating wait.
