Based on current results…..

Can this treatment get commercialized and make us investors rich?

The current numbers aren't a total cure but still gives the worst of the worst hope and helps cure some people! There must be value in that. Wouldn't the FDA have to approve this drug if numbers show 25-50% cure rate?

Curious on others opinions!

My understanding is that 30% CR would be approved, but 60% gets us BTD and a much faster route to market. GLTA

30% was the established benchmark for ideal 12 months CR rate.  For sure that would lead to approval, but no one drug has reached that level yet and the FDA is not bound by that number, but let's hope we beat at least 30% at 12 months and pretty much guarantee FDA approval with a nice share of the market.  IMO

Keytruda got approval with 19% CR at 12 months and more treatments and side effects.  Vicinium is waiting on FDA decision early August and has a 17% CR at 12 months after 36 instillations.  Anything above 20% would get us approved  after complete trial of 100 patients and we would be another very decent option IMO. Accelerated Approval would probably come if we hit 67% or better IMO ...more
