There are probably many hoping that--
The stock will pull back some----even if it does pull back--3 or 4 cents-----it's not worth getting caught with your pants down----and another big news release comes out---if we do pullback some-- others are sitting ---waiting to get in----buy more if we do get a small pullback------I'm sure there will be many waiting for january 3 2022 to buy for their TFSA----6000----we should get a big lift early 2022---if there is a small pullback----I'm buying more---GLTA.

Boy this one didn't last long! Won't say it can't happen again but I guess there is a feeling we could get a surprise before the next report. There is a definite change in sentiment these days.

Increasing volumes traded today as well. Hope it keeps up. Some virus news, some surprise announcement and things can turn really fun.

Hey Scorp, Good plan. At least for these last cohort of warrants they are freely tradable. So no need to exercise. For a US dude like me that owns warrants selling is my only option.

Hey Rumpl. I know the warrants are tradeable. It's the volume (or lack thereof) that's the problem. I have many hundreds of thousands in warrants that would be difficult to unload in any reasonable timeframe and without impacting the price that I would get on their sale.

Yep, true. I will be selling mine a little at a time using limit orders. It is nice that you have the option to exercise. :-) I'm thinking it might get a little easier to trade warrants, either way, as SP and volumes increase for the underlying.

hey, Rump... give this a thought or two. If/when(?) there is a takeover/exchange offer from big pharma (I'm still leaning towards MRK at this point) prior to August 2024, the warrants will most likely be exchanged for big pharma warrants. It's actually another reason why I say, NO (ALL) CASH BUYOUT. NOT EVER.

Cash will do nicely (but I don`t take American Express). Seriously - did the people selling at these levels read the Newsletter?

>> Cash will do nicely no problem if you want cash... just sell your stock when you think it's reasonably priced. (which, if cash is your exit preference, I suspect you'll be out long before others of us are.)

No after 8 years`and what we`ve just heard am staying on this bus to the terminus - if i last that long! Warrants can be a bit trickier and less liquid so despite their gearing tend to opt for the heads but tbh don`t think that there`ll be a problem with them here!

I agree Fred. Who in their right mind would be selling at this level?

Fred, here's another question for you. For years Roger usually buys shares on about the first of the month. He didn't buy in Nov. now he didn't buy in Dec. Does he know something we don't? Is it Material?

Think it`s all up for grabs now with that Newsletter skys - could be a while or could be soon. Although yet to be confirmed via a larger sample this is shaping up to be the disruptive tech that we all hoped it might and we won`t be alone in that observation.

Unfortunately Fred there really are many that never read news releases or the newsletter, I know of 5 that say just let me know when to sell buddy. So I imagine there are plenty that see its a upward moving stock that buy in and sell when it hits their profit target.

Yep, this is what I'm hoping for. If it is a US corp, soo much easier for me to sell the warrants. And then the tax issues are easier.

Well I'm fine with them announcing a deal, a buyout price, a date. Then as other suitors come in with counteroffers... SP will go way up and warrant price will follow. I will just sell in chunks using limits. :-)

The future price at which it doesn't matter wether you purchase shares or warrants today is approximately .88 using todays closing prices of .365 for shares and .22 for warrants. Above .88, warrants provide more profit.

actually, even if the time premium were to fall to zero (which won't happen), warrants would return a greater percentage of profit at 83 cents. factor in (any) time premium, and that price goes down from there.

I like the warrants have 160 000 not worried about selling easy to convert to stock especially when stock is over 1.00 . Thinking before expiry the stock could be marginable or taken out . Looking good after all these years .
