Has anyone asked the company about when their next phase 2 data dump is going to happen and  the reason that they abandoned providing 3 month updates?

I have been musing that if you owned 25 million shares in the company would you be sitting here wondering? Very likely not.

Collectively this board must have at least that number of shares held.

Large companies are held in check by institutional investors like mutual funds pension plans etc that expect guidance and information about their investments.

Small companies escape oversight because their shareholder base is diverse and fragmented.

there must be a longholder on this board that has had good email luck with contacting RDW or KH. I wonder if they should try?

I have had responses from RDW in the past and have been considering sending him an email to ask when he expects to be back in the saddle.  If/when I do, what other questions should be asked? When will the next update be question is a given.

I could think of a few lol: Has the company applied for BTD? What were the terms of the agreement signed in July for the vaccine study currently underway? Does the company expect to apply for AA in 2023 or later? Was the adding of additional sites for the phase 2 trial to complete the trial faster or were there other reasons? The last corporate update was June 2022 - why is the company not

I think, maybe I dont know? But the Data updates have been synched with the Financial updates, which come out at scheduled times each year. I believe the 1st qtr update is due May 1st? Or is it 4th qtr we are waiting on?

Still waiting for Q4 '22. Eoganacht mentioned Q4 report has traditionally been released much later than the other quarterly reports.  If I remember, end of Q1 or early April.  So maybe a few more weeks unless they need to do a raise or have  other FDA updates before then.  Hopefully the latter, with BTD attached.

Q4 reports tie into year end and the annual reports so yes they tend to come out later for most companies. I assume that if Roger were to take over it would be after the auditors had a look at the 2022 results and signed off on them, but what do I know?

Feels like a PP is coming. Hope this will be the last.

couple of good things in the PP is the insiders are buying heavily, like the last time.  That gives us somee confidence, knowing that they have way more info than retail investors.  Another good thing is the insiders are not selling that again is a clear indication.  I think this trend will continue.  RDW stopped buying in the open market since he can get as many as he wants
