Why not AA before BTD? This seems to me to be the better option for TLT and more in step with the cancer treatment FDA policies?

They theoretically could have gone this route. Yet, since they had to wait for the data anyway, why not have the extra PR. And a big PR, IMO... Also, BTD is supposed to greatly speed up the AA process over FT...
