I guess would-be investors are not buying the story so easily, given the stellar execution and communication history.   Either it's the opportunity of a lifetime or this company will soon become a seller of IP at firesale prices. I want to believe the former but at this point, anything is a bonus.

The soft bashers are getting bolder. They think they smell blood but Theralase is not actually wounded. We're very close to undeniable success in this trial. A small cash infusion should be enough to bring us over the line. We are on the verge of proving this treatment is the best option available for bcg unresponsive NMIBC and there is much more to follow.

@gebremeskel: What changed from October when you said it's hard to interpret the BTD submission timeline based on the last NR?   A small cash infusion would help, certainly,  but only if the timeline is not too far out.  Right?  Maybe you're thinking it's a short window to submission and approval.  If so, it's an assumption but still a risk.

Of course the covid lockdown slowed down the trial study by one or two years and then the dosage miscalculation.  Expect the unexpected.  In the meantime let's dream the next two unexpected events are BTD and a 10% JV for $300 million.  TLT management is pretty good at keeping stuff close to the vest so who knows what's in the works and when it will happen.  GLTA.

Nothing has changed. We still need to hear from the company about the status of the BTD application. But we are are very close to definitive "best in class" data. What genuine investor would be talking about selling off our IP when we are so close? They have probably already raised enough money to get us over the hump. You don't sell off your seed stock unless you're giving up

Fair enough. I was just speaking from experience with a company that ended up doing just that, though they were not as far into the FDA process as TLT is.  Will leave it at that. My "soft bashing"  ends here. Will wait to see what happens with the raise and clarification we get on timelines with the quarter-end update expected soon.

For what it's worth, I've personally never considered you a basher, but more of a realist. There's a difference between raising important issues and asking the hard questions on the one hand, and actively working to damage the company or the SP by spreading false information and fear-mongering on the other. I put you in the former category, myself, and I think it's an important

The fear mongering always starts around this time of the month when we are expecting an update, without fail, and the financing just gives them more fodder. They can't do anything about the data though, it is advancing and let's see what they have to say about BTD.

This is textbook DCA time but the boiler room shorts are trying to push the narrative that the company is on the brink of bankruptcy or some other ridiculous fiction. LMAO, bring in the clowns! Thanks for the laughs. The selling AFAICT, is from some holders taking advantage of the financing w/ free warrants. I'm happy to just grab cheap shares on TD at 12-15 cents (TLTFF) myself as others

I've added some shares recently and I am on the bid for a few more because the data is very good and getting stronger with each update. I am not buying aggressively, however, despite what I believe to be a significantly undervalued asset because my confidence in the science and lack of confidence in management keeps me only cautiously optimistic. I imagine a similar logic is playing out
