How can a CEOs wife be on the board of directors?
It's just insane. I don't mean legally, but conflict of interest out the wa zoo. How can someone objectively act as a BOD member if their husband is the CEO? Like the BODs duty is to do what is best for the company. Surely going with an ex CEO again who is now having difficulty raising money is not the right play? If there was a CEO who could raise money and execute we d be looking at full enrollment and probably a second cancer study by now. Gee I wonder how enrollment is going, they up to 80 patients yet?

Corporate governance has never been a strong suit of this company. CEO allowed to return after regulatory scrutiny. Some Board members not remotely qualified, nepotism, excessive compensation.

You hit the nail on the head when you said RDW was running things when not there. There in lies a problem which is reflective of how the US Presidency has been the past four years with Obama pulling the strings.

No one on this board is interested in your political views. Stay on topic or you will be reported and/or ignored.

I think they said new treated patients will start when vacation is over. Maybe there are other areas to be reported upon coming up. Hope so.

Whose pulling your strings? Fox fiction? Maybe some guy in his parents basement doing a podcast?
