Crossland ability to disappoint

With all the positive outlooks provided by the CEO over the last year in news releases and status reports, it is quite a disappointment that the reality is that only a few news releases have been announced. First Crossland builds up a positive outlook then let's shareholders down once again. Does not deliver once again. Shareholders in my opinion no longer trust him and this is having a negative effect on the share price. It is time for the BOD to act. Even a few contracts may not move the share price because we still have him at the helm. In other words with Crossland another 6 month period with no contracts is always just around the corner.

Could not have explained any better. Fifteen years is enough to prove your worth. As soon as a potential shareholder looks at the daily volume over the past year their is no reason to jump on board. Their will be more opportunities and quite possibly at a lower price.  I speak as a twenty year shareholder that is tired of the whole situation. TEI is not in the job and training business. TEI needs senior sales/engineering personnel who present a creditable image to clients. Junior personnel can assist in the project engineering and delivery processes. It takes years of training to develop junior personnel.  Then they have to produce to payback their cost. If they quit then it is all in vain. Yes as telemarketers they can sell traps ...more

I hope I am misinterpreting the general statement emphasizing hires out of university. That would explain their expectation that it could take more than 2 years to become fully productive. And again, if they can't sell meaningful amounts to 90 multinationals that had already purchased stuff and have experience, are those folk in position to provide training that will result in better success ...more

Perhaps we underestimate the size of the team of senior engineers in the field and those located at the various regional offices. Some juinior engineers can be disperse throughout the organization, sufficient to support the more senior engineers. This would greatly speed up project engineering. I assume that these junior engineers are also telemarketing the merits of Steam Trap conversion to ...more
