Domdesm my resonning is simple.Bristol has been hired by Transgaming on dec 2 2013 by the official press relaese ,soo me and you, we know that Bristol knew before that date that they got the contract soo they had time to call potential sharesholders.Transgaming have been kind enough with them to give a news the day after concerning the release of the game ''BUREAU'' for Mac version

Argent-Has nothing to do with Bristol-has more to do with US investors gunshy/wary of the TSX vs TSE exchange. Once the listing requirements for TNG vis a vis minimum share price bid for a period of X amount of trading days is achieved by Transgaming? Gupta is pretty well heeled and a US listing be it Nasdaq Small Cap-or a AMEX-will be filed for application and trading status-this I say without
