My Take on it...
I think they will look to do a private placement of about 5-10 million dollars around $.25-$.30. This will load up their bank account and allow them to proceed with what they need to do in order to maximize shareholder value. I bet we will see an oversubscribed PP based on the heavy volume and big share lots being purchased over the past few weeks. I strongly believe this was shorted heavily after the run-up to $.55. Anon kept putting up huge share lots for sale and did everything they could to knock the share price back down anytime there were signs of strength. This was favorable to them as they made money all the way down and will now load up and let this thing run. Once the PP is complete, I think we'll see the sell orders diminish and those who didn't get in on the PP will be scrounging to buy on the open market. In my opinion, this is great news and news we all expected. They did get a boost from warrants being exercised on the last run-up but $2 million won't get them too far. Securing the cash just takes the stress of financing out of the equation. I'm excited to see what price they will price the units and warrants at. I want in if possible.

I really want in on the placement but likely will not be so lucky. It won't really matter in the long run as it gives us all a chance to buy up some more cheaper. Here is hoping the SP goes in the toilet till they announce what exactly they are working on at the end of the year. I would suspect the SP will run after the placement closes.

It is the nature of most Venture companies...in order to raise cash they need to offer shares in return. If you can't stomach this fact you should put your money in Fortune 500 companies. I agree with you Doc, weather this storm and the skies look pretty clear for a good run!
