targeting a ceo in a negative light

I am surprised that investors just sit back and watch as the company in which they have invested gets trashed indirectly by a poster wilfully targeting the ceo for incompetence and negligence. An associate of mine was contemplating an investment in tng after I told him to get in as i belive the stock to be oversold. He came back and told me that the read the tng board on stockhouse and a guy with a million shares was bashing the ceo and calling him incompetent and calling for him to step aside. I still am at odds in understanding how someone with supposedly a million shares chooses to bash his investment directly or indirectly. All domdesma is doing is discouraging investment in tng based on his stockhouse posting. This does not sit well with me as a tng investor. We need new investors.

Maybe we don't object because we agree with him. Gupta is a little too fond of celebrities and travel. He needs to stay home and mind the store.
Comment by picasso1 on Mar 10, 2014 7:27pm
vulturecapital it seems kind of odd to invest in a company where you seriously doubt the ceos capabilities. actually it makes no sense from an investment standpoint. I do not see Gupta departing any time soon do you?

domdesm you can say what you want but you are affecting the mood of tng's sentiment. You say you share the good and the bad? Dude, it is all in the manner of the delivery and you get an F for fail. Big time. I would love to see you negotiate a global deal with Google or Toshiba or Samsung. If you were not getting your way would you bash the ceos of those companies???

Did you trash GUPTA on your created private/censored TNG Message board? I doubt it..and Picazzo is actually right...its in the delivery not the message you put on this one that was unwarranted in presentation...period. SS
Comment by picasso1 on Mar 10, 2014 7:55pm
domdesm are you privy to what is transpiring behind the scenes while you knock the ceo of tng? None of us are. There could be deals of magnitude coming to fruition that we are unaware of. Gupta has nothing to prove to you or me. He has done deals that few ceos could ever hope to achieve. I am not a Gupta groupie but the man has delivered on certain key items.
Comment by vulturecapital on Mar 10, 2014 8:03pm
This company has been around for a while, and $10 million in annual revenue and break even financial results are not that impressive. Gupta's best deals and products only exist on overheads.

Hi picasso1. I agree with you. Actual management - though not perfect - is doing the right things with the right people. I know that we will be surprised and very happy in a not to distant future. GMP and Dundee seems to understand and discover the true potential of the company. I know for a fact that good news will be coming from all over the places. I think he is frustrated, like many others, because share price got back to 0.18 cents after reaching 0.55 cents. Things are not always moving the way we want; they just move or they don't. Or we trust the actual management and we keep our shares - better buy more - or we don't and we move away. Taking that decision is sometimes very tough. I keep my shares because...I have a dream !

I agree that the last PP was a mess. TNG has been Global Maxfin's victim. They decided to proceed with the financing knowing that it was bad to proceed but worse not to proceed. My guess is that by the end of March, we will discuss more positive developments.

Hope so, we need some News from the company to discuss more positive developments but nothing since january!!!What's going on out there????

...I have a dream. atika, I've been living that dream for seven years, but eventually we all wake up from the dream or drop dead. Shank it is only logical to promote one's investment. Objectivity is good also and there are ways to be critical without the the perception of bashing.domdesm knocks the CEO too hard. The CEO is the representation of tng. Tng is the investment. I am open to criticism on any investment provided it is neutral and phrased in objectivity. The company does have some potential, the question is will any of it ever be realized. As far as good news coming from all over, the only good news would be substantially higher revs and earnings. Promises of future dream products are not what we need.

Dom and every other genuine TNG shareholder out there, I have a question. Why the heck didn't BNN interview Gupta in early January during the CES. BECAUSE he had had two previous opportunities which I saw live at the time with lots of fanfare followed by ZERO RESULTS. BNN wouldn't give Gupta the third pitch because he has zero credibility, and that's why the stock sits at $0.20 with ...more

Dom, I love the comment, I have waited long enough. How about me? The lone wolf calling for Gupta's resignation three years ago. I've always loved the technology of Mr. State. He has always been ahead of the curve. Problem is that Gupta has NEVER been capable of monetizing State's smarts. It's always been just up the road and around the corner.
