Not good enough. He will "provide ongoing leadership to the company" it says.... so in other words, the change is only on paper. If they brought someone from outside, that's different, but appointing from within.... ?

I agree, he was canned by the board. The tipoff is when they say resigned to accept position x at company z, then it's a resignation. When no plans are announced and it's "to pursue other opportunities", he was fired. Some here may recall they have a head if their israel group that put on a presentation and seemed quite impressive.
