THE COMPANY IS MOVING TO THE NEXT TRADING PLATFORM ???

THE COMPANY IS MOVING TO THE NEXT TRADING PLATFORM ???but ceo has no idea when which leaves me wondering if it will ever happen or are they actually trying to move up. Have questioned the ceo several times about this with no confirmation as to when it will happen even though the process has been going on for months and maybe all year. He is none committal.
Anyone know anything about moving up the trading chain??????
