Yes BUdweiser,

definately a free option in there for a higher offer. the 0.238 TUD shares is definately the floor (a real floor, not the floor of 43 cents Fordy, SM, Goldigger etc assured us was in place on the Cunninskam deal)

I dont think Dino can do anything..................share price is too low...............also, TUO doesnt have the liquidity to support a share deal (they could do it, but TUO would get hammered short term).

Need to get minority shareholers to push for a higher share exchange ration......................its a possibility............
