Compare two scenarios. SEA sells KSM to a major for development.  Effect on the three amigos, likely upvaluation as there is a probability of wanting to consolidate with TC not only for securing access, but to have a massive multi-deposit project to feed a mill down by the highway. TC, three amigos sold to a major.  Effect on SEA?  Now they have a larger, better funded neighbour
