PEA Parts Required

The PEA is quick and cheap if you have all the pieces. Yes you need the resource and the metallurgical process to be used. You also need to estimate mining costs based on the shape and size of the deposit(s) and realistic pit slopes. You need a location for waste rock and a location for talings and their costs to create and maintain. You need an estimate of the cost of the recovery plant to build and operate.

I gotta believe they already have internal scoping studies that deal with those items.  THe only one they may have let lie dormant is the met.  I hope note, but they may be waiting to find the right process before they lay it out in a scoping study. Late spring or early summer if they want to.
