There can be an easy solution to all this trouble

It might be time for the shareholsers of both Seabridge and Tudor to join forces in a shareholders revolt
What is a shareholders revolt

Here is an article from an AI Overview

A shareholder revolt is when a group of shareholders oppose a company's directors or decisions. Shareholder revolts can occur at annual general meetings, through proxy battles, or by threatening to sell stock to lower the price.
Some examples of shareholder revolt
Games Workshop
In September 2024, almost 21% of shareholders voted against the company's remuneration report and nearly 27% voted against its remuneration policy. This came after the company awarded its CEO and CFO large bonuses, despite record sales and profits.

A shareholders revolt to bring Rudy and Ken to the table to resolve the tunnel issue once and for all and have the resolve put in writing with no further snags would go a long way in processing a definitive PEA with Tudor
Even further if they were both to scrap the tunnel plan altogether and go with a more viable surface conveyor transport system such as that suggested by Fordster
The ultimate goal being a shoe in for a buyout of both companies putting these two on the fast track to real success.

Thanks Ten...I'll read it. I'm just not sure what would cause Tudors shareholders to revolt, as Tudors hasn't done anything wrong, the best I can tell. We're here minding our own business, taking defensive steps while Seabridge is basically saying "F you".

The issue for a revolt is to get both Rudy and Ken off their high horse positions opposing one another and come to a mutual agreement to get this process moving instead of letting it idle in limbo due to plain stubborness Nothing moves ahead from here until this gets fixed first A shareholders revolt would be in the shareholders of both SEA and TUD's best interests Not to mention the best ...more

With your requests should you not disclose where you hold shares Ten ? SEA right ??
Comment by TenTon10 on Oct 21, 2024 7:06pm
SEA shares Yes I do own a bundle TUD shares I want to back up the truck when I know the issue at hand will be fixed.

Ahh got it. So your comments  are all ultimately self serving here then huh Ten? You feel now like you chose the wrong side of the tunnel as it were and now want to have your cake and eat it too by having us good folks over here that are happy with Ken stage an insurrection with TUD on your behalf so both your plays work out best for your portfolio. I don't know man .. that's a tough ...more

Exactly what has Ken done to be on a high horse?
Comment by TenTon10 on Oct 21, 2024 7:48pm
He can get off his high horse and come to the negotiating table and work to resolve the issue and pursue effectively steering clear of potential legal battles by doing so And by the way its an embarrsment to say but I do own 20000 TUD shares which is little to speak of I admit.

And your number of SEA shares ? You know for full disclosure so we can assess that if you are in fact trying to work out SEA's issues and not anything TUD / or Ken has done.
Comment by TenTon10 on Oct 21, 2024 8:19pm
Hey Signman how many shares do you own
Comment by Signman on Oct 21, 2024 8:30pm
I don't own any SEA shares ;) Probably why I am not trying to make 2 positions work out for myself. So.. how many SEA shares Ten ? I expect you are far over weighted to SEA vs TUD. You see this would explain the very reasons for your sudden appearence yesterday as well as your revolt talk today. So... ?

What exactly did Ken do to be on a high horse? Rudi is the one on the horse and he is running out of quarters and the ride is about to stop. Just because Ken is not bailing out SEA on the tunnel issue doesnt make him on a high horse. Sea issues are Sea issues,

I suppose TenTON is calling Supercells Kens High Horse lol /// I get it / we all are getting a high from it / the stock price just needs to follow ..... The PEA will explain to these characters what a Supercell means / Look to Brucejack to get a clue of whats coming / remeber $332 an oz for Pretium when Gold was half the price of today / do the math we have a little wiggle room / half of what ...more

What a nonsense. You are so far from reality.  Stop writing.

I am an ANTI revolter Ten.. I will be buying more here. TUD is doing nothing wrong to revolt from. I would pitch this on your SEA board. Where I expect you actually hold shares. You are trying way too hard and nobody is biting IMO.
