It's in Anglo's best interest to get TVC mining here.   Anglo doesn't want to appear to be a bad actor in Chile.    Sure it's been 10 years since Kos Bronces buy out, Anglo had issues with the Chile government.   https://www.ciperchile.cl/radar/acuerdo-codelco-anglo-american-¿beneficioso-para-chile/


 Especially with the new royalty tax, its best to keep aTVC separate since production can stay below the threshold for the royalty tax.  Anglo already has rights to 100% of the offtake.
