Is this a good sign that the company is about to get recognized and increase in value or is it just a normal thing that happens?  I'm hoping someone smarter than me can analyze this.  Big deal or not a big deal?

I appears that TVI does not want to have it Board taken over by suprise.IMO it is good that TVI is protecting itself. An advance notice by-law prevents a dissident from nominating a candidate for election to the board, unless that shareholder submits certain information to management in advance of the deadline set out in the by-law (subject to certain exceptions). 1 This prevents management from

Sorry, 'rooster, didn't notice your reply to Jimmy before I made my own; you pretty much summed it up as well, just in a slightly different way but you're probably a nicer guy than I am.   ha!

No Problem, the more similar viewpoints the better. Since the outstanding share count has remained the same for many ,many years, it would have been easy for someone to accumilate 35 m shares.I agree TVI is currently undervalued.Everone hold tight.

I just kept tossing "spare change" at TVIPF when I had some left over from trading out of "something" and into "some other something" at higher prices.  It was quite amazing, when it was sub-penny for a while just $100 bought over 10k shares at a pop;  one day I glanced at my account and went "I've got that many????????!!!!!"  Cost

"Big" in two ways, Jimmy  1.  Says they understand with crystal clarity just how undervalued they are; and  2.  They're not going to let some "activist" Vulture get on the BoD just so that person can pound the table for giving the Company away to some Bigger Vulture before the Big Bucks start coming in from production.
