Preliminary agreements are for feedstock supply and offtake. Maybe prelim agreement means they have preliminarily agreed that maybe they should enter into a non-binding MOU?

It might be that the smaller scale conventional SX Pilot Plant is a lousy implementation of SX. What matters is comparison of RSX to the best SX plants, not to CDF's SX pilot. So Pip's concern ...more

the positive: I asked for an update, 8 months later got one. It took ucore 8 months to complete 4 milestones. Not done with DOD until mid 2025 No signs of funding ...more
