RE:RE:How low?

RE:RE:How low?Thanks Pip!

So not much cash.

1) Streaming agreement. In my mind, before a potential third party throw money in a streaming agreement to fund the construction of a plant up to production, an important DD is performed. Questions such as when will it be ready and whether the demo plant can be scale-up to a commercial plant will be analyzed. So in my mind, at this point, it seems unlikely in the short term.

2) equity raise (private placement?). Probably, the best option, although, you need to find investors. Share price is historically attractive, although UCU needs to show relative potential. Current investors have been milked in the last few years, so potentially new investors could come and inject the necessary dollars?

3) AIDEA: Aushed mentionned it many times. A DD needs to be performed and be satisfactory before cash injection. I guess that I could go back and look at the criteria, but last I read, it did not seem like a slam dunk.

4) technical team. Where are we at? A streaming or AIDEA funding might be difficult to get without a solid technical team. The opposite is also true. UCU would look credible with a solid team. All this is part of a due diligence. But given UCU objectives and business plan, a solid technical team is certainly a must.

Just sharing my thoughts,

Moulouk
