RE:Dear Bob, Found it!Yes, I'd seen that. That's 98% Dy, 2% Tb mixture, which really isn't "separated" Dy. We also don't know what the starting point was, or how many cycles/how much time/cos, quantity, etc to achieve that. And perhaps the last 2% is the "toughest". Ryan says metal makers can use 98% Dy, 2% Tb - maybe so (in some cases), but not cost efective to 'throw away" Tb, which is 3 1/2 times as expensive as Dy.
So Ryan's statement woefully short on crucial details.
