But Pip, Ucore is the Dysprosium leader.

But Pip, Ucore is the Dysprosium leader.Dear Pip,
Why is it that you refuse to see what is in front of your face?  As far as I can tell China has stopped exporting Dy to the US.  Not the short term not a problem.  DOD has stockpile Dy but that is only going to last so long.  So DOD will push Ucore to finish the commerial plant faster.  So the main question is can Ucore get into production fast enough before stockpiles run out.
Pip, you think that Ucore is lying about Dy separation.  Again you refuse to see what is is in front of your face.  It all goes back to the bid letter that DOD send out in fall of 22.  Out of 15 answers, only Ucore got a testing contract and the only way that DOD would give Ucore a contract is if Ucore gave them a sample of separated Dy by RSX to test.  But that sample came from Ionic clay, not ore.  DOD when back to the list of all source of REEs and got a mixed REEs concertrate with the most of the five elements they were looking for.   That concertrate is down to Dy and Eb at 98.2% pure and that was three months ago.  No telling how pure it is today.  The other REEs productors are not close to doing as much as Ucore will do.
The Free trade Zone is a big deal with Trump in the WH.
Got to go, more later.
