To you the sample is worth 22 bucks, to Ucore they are worth millions in funding.  How many samples?  Well, at least 14.  One of Dy and one of Tb of DOD.  Then a sample of Dy and Tb to each of the six OEMs that Ucore has been in advanced talks with over the last 27 months.  As for how they got those samples.  Not going to happen.  As long as Ucore is working for DOD the gag is in place.  You will get statements like this.  You will not get details on how, only what happen and the end result.
