A very long time ago, about ten years, when Ucore put out the word out about the 145 million okay by the Alaska state congress the stock jumped from the lower teens to well over sixty cents a share before it settled for the day at forty five cents.  I think a licensing deal or DOD grant could kick it that high but it would not hold so one or two spikes to around ten then a fall back to two to
