Can RSX handle Thorium in Heavy Feedstock?

Ucore needs Heavy feedstock, ability to separate Tb/DY & ability to handle Thoirum in feedstock. Most high Dy/Tb feedstock has a lot of Thorium. Can RSX deal with the Thorium.? Will U.S. and Loisiana, or Canada, allow the processing of all that Thorium-laden material?

That's what Ucore needs. That plus money, and lots of it. Lynas and MP Materials will produce plenty of Nd/Pr. Ucore needs to step us in Ty/Db, and that might mean dealing with Thorium, technically and  from legal and regulatory standpoint.

no better place to ask a highly technical question than to a group of hopeful share holders. As Joe Biden would say ....cmon man get real. Your question needs to go to the higher up technical wizards at UCORE don't cha think? SMH!

Supposedly Ucore management reads this board. As for MP, it's not on an inexorable path to untold riches. Investing doesn't mean marrying til death do you part.

Dear Bob, About a year ago I was talking to Mark and that came up.  The first slice or step in separation removes Alumium, Iron, Thorium and Uranium.  The Thorium and Uranium waste is separated out and into a collection tank and turned in hard pellets for disposal.  Part of that boring engineering, that you guys were givving Pat a hard time about last fall.  This is from a year ...more
