Dear Pip, 
Why are you so stuck?  RSX is not a science experiment.  It stop being a science experiment the minute the Demo plant was on line and working.  So it is not at lab scale or pilot plant scale.  So not a science experiment. 
It is not six EOMs in advance talks, but five that have kept talking.  Why do you keep saying six?
If you are going to making fun of Ucore and us, at least get the info right.  
You keep harping about about a stock sale at these prices, are you crazy.  It would kill the company.  It makes no sense at all.  Upper management at Ucore may be a lot of things but they are not dumb. 
I have to agree with Rapid.  After what the chinese did on the last holiday.  Having Ucore announance funding on the 3 July would be perpect timing for declaring freedom from chinese REEs and in answer to the hack on the 19th.
Now the only question is can Ucore pull it off?

Oh Pip, And nothing in your world can change or get updated with new information.  That is sad.  I am sorry that you have this fixed view of Ucore and nothing can change your mind.  No hope, that the RSX tech is good enough for governments and companies to pony up the money needed to build the SMC (still a dumb name). Before you go ranting about how many share Ucore has outstanding.

Judge Merchan has vacated Ucore's July 3 funding anouncement date. On Sep 6, he'll rule on whether the funding annoucement shall be vacated, and the funding accouncement will be adjourned to Sep 18, if such is stil necessary,
