These services primarily involve the concrete and drain segment of new home construction which occurs during the earliest stage of the construction process. The concrete and drain sector comprise the installation and connection of the basement drain to the sewer line; pouring of the basement floor; pouring of the garage floor, and pouring of the porch and stairs.
