It has the option to acquire a 100% interest in five lithium pegmatite projects located in Ontario: the Lee Lake, Mead, Bluett, Gathering Lake and Triangle Lake projects. It also has the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Abiwin lithium pegmatite property.
