close date?

Can anyone confirm the close date of the wcp ~ vca deal?

 

From what I see from the press release Invicta will hold a meeting of its
shareholders on or prior to May 9, 2013 to permit shareholders to vote on the Arrangement - but then says the transaction is  anticipated to close in april 2013, which is before the may 9th shareholder vote.

 

What am I missing?  When would be the last opportunity to sell vca before they become wcp shares?

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
