I would not be surprised if there was no news until Memorial Day or later due to the fact that the restricted shares are able to be put into accounts 2 weeks from today. The 23rd is the 1st trading day and it would be nice to see .07 cents or slightly less. 

I believe this applies to this situation if you are transferring into RRSP or TFSA . I was told when I put them into my TFSA, I would have 3 choices, opening, low of day or close so I would like to put as many in as possible without triggering taxes. If I am wrong please correct.

Thank you whitenorth and I hope I am right about the flow of news.  I am basing my opinion on the news based on length of time for those tests and I do not think VMs management has been sitting on their hands doing nothing while waiting for the FDA decision plus the fact they seem to bevery small investor friendly and  probably know those transfer rules..  And I know it has not been

I just phoned TSX Trust about the DRS and the lady I talked to told me to phone back after May 21st and they would issue a new DRS that said the shares were no longer restricted and you present that to your broker for transfer.  I am just repeating what was said to me so DYDD.

That's how it's done. You probably don't have to call them though. It should say right on your DRS that they are no longer restricted after May21.  I just brought a copy of the form to my broker and they did the rest and put it into my TFSA. Make sure your broker knows what they are doing because they need to send the completed forms by mail and electronically. If they forget to
