WIth so many factors on Voyageurs side and the soon to be released full product line,  I ponder as to why they cannot close a million dollar raise in 6 weeks. Miners running a pharma company, kind of like the fire department running the post office..........Blue sky potential remains.

Just my opinion and others can add or give a different one. There are a lot of small investers in VM and on this board.May be they have a limited amount of money and/or they already  have an oversize position in VM Plus there are people who already have large stakes.Investers can get nervous about putting too many eggs in one basket. As far as I am concerned, I hope they raise just enough to get to revenue and not the full amount, the less dilution the better. I think Q1 the stock will be higher and more attractive as financing under the $10M market cap size is very difficult and most finance companies cant touch it. They need to get over $20M market cap to attract institutions. With some revenue everything changes. They

Fair point, although they are already a third of the way there with the latin america deal. Every province in Canada is 'low hanging fruit' then they can market to roughly 25 countries that accept Health Canada Approvals. By then they should be ready to break into the US market.
