Has anyone heard about this? Or is it just a rumor?

People are assuming they will try and list as they hired a firm it the US that does this sort of thing but I am pretty sure they don't meet the requirements to be listed on the Nasdaq. I think it's more rumor/hope/ than truth and was part of the whole pump we saw the past couple months.
